Job Responsibilities
- Manage and process supplier/vendor invoices, payment approvals, and reconciliations related to warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse transactions, stock valuations, and inventory movements.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for verification of GRNs, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Track operational expenses, including utility bills, equipment procurement, and maintenance costs.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis for warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal control procedures.
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation or clarification regarding warehouse financial activities.
- Maintain proper filing and digital records for accounts, contracts, and vendor payments.
- Resolve discrepancies or issues in billing, invoicing, or payments with vendors and internal teams.
