Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee the daily outbound & logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Train and lead sorting/routing staff, riders, drivers and support teams to ensure discipline, efficiency and safety.
- Ensure proper loading, unloading, rider handling and route planning to reduce delivery TAT.
- Monitor delivery KPIs including SLA, conversion, success ratio & delivery accuracy, fleet performance and TAT.
- Manage relationships with 3PL delivery partners.
- Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments with gate pass and supporting documents.
- Maintain a logistics vehicle logbook for warehouse entry/exit.
- Implement sealing and tagging procedures for all shipments leaving the warehouse.
- Conduct random security checks to prevent pilferage, misuse, or loss of inventory.
- Resolve delivery-related issues, complaints or discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management related to warehouse operations.
