Education Requirements

Job Responsibilities
- Receive, record, classify and manage complaints and feedback from rightsholders and FDMNs regarding entitlements under the GFA project.
- Implement and maintain the Complaint & Feedback Mechanism system; ensure continuous, timely and efficient monitoring of client feedback.
- Operate and maintain CFM channels (help desk, hotline, feedback boxes, community outreach, digital tools) and coordinate with WFP.
- Ensure timely intake, referral and resolution of complaints according to SOPs and support distribution centre problem resolution.
- Prepare daily CFM reports and compile monthly and quarterly narrative reports for donors and management.
- Support documentation, dissemination and feedback loops with Programme, Protection, M&E and other units.
- Uphold safeguarding, PSEA, gender and protection standards; follow reporting procedures for any incidents.
- Organise awareness sessions and mobilise community volunteers; support outlet-level crowd management and token issuance.
- Capture lessons learned, challenges and best practices; support learning and sharing mechanisms.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Programme Manager and comply with organisational policies.

Islamic Relief Bangladesh is recruiting an experienced Assistant CFM (Complaint & Feedback Mechanism) Officer to join its Humanitarian Crisis Response Programmes in Noakhali (Hatiya).
