Role Overview The Sales & Marketing Representative will be responsible for direct market engagement, building retailer and wholesaler relationships, executing local campaigns, and achieving monthly sales targets. This job requires frequent market visits, proactive order and payment follow-up, and a results-oriented approach. Key responsibilities Regular market visits to grow sales and visibility. Achieve monthly sales targets; manage orders, deliveries, and payment follow-up. Promote the brand and collect market insights on customers, pricing, and competitors. Execute local offers, campaigns, and branding initiatives. Maintain and strengthen relationships for repeat sales with retailers, tailoring shops, small factories, and home-based sewing businesses. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and feedback reports to management. Coordinate deliveries and manage stock replenishment with the central team. Monitor retail stock levels and provide recommendations for restocking and promotions. Assist management in sales strategy, territory planning, and market expansion. Skills & qualifications Retail Sales experience or demonstrated ability to sell in local markets. Sales & Marketing aptitude, including negotiation and relationship building. Ability to manage orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up on payments. Good communication skills and customer service orientation. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with regular fieldwork. At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred; freshers are encouraged to apply. Additional details Job type: Full Time, Work from home (field visits required).
