Job Responsibilities

  • Factory internal process audit, QMS audit and 6S audit using internal checklists
  • Customer QMS, QS and technical audits using customer checklists
  • Product safety audits using internal and customer checklists
  • Prepare audit reports and manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
  • Perform systematic root cause analysis (Fishbone, 5 Why)
  • Prepare, review and update SOPs and QMS documentation
  • Provide training to employees on QMS, 6S and ISO requirements
  • Collect, analyze and report quality data to support improvements

Required Skills

Crystal International Group Limited (HK) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Officer, Quality Management System (QMS) to join its Bangladesh operations.
