Job Responsibilities
- Factory internal process audit, QMS audit and 6S audit using internal checklists
- Customer QMS, QS and technical audits using customer checklists
- Product safety audits using internal and customer checklists
- Prepare audit reports and manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
- Perform systematic root cause analysis (Fishbone, 5 Why)
- Prepare, review and update SOPs and QMS documentation
- Provide training to employees on QMS, 6S and ISO requirements
- Collect, analyze and report quality data to support improvements
Required Skills
- Internal and customer audit experience (QMS, 6S, product safety)

Crystal International Group Limited (HK) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Officer, Quality Management System (QMS) to join its Bangladesh operations.
