Job Responsibilities
- Configure, implement and maintain SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
- Lead improvements to FI-CO configuration to align with apparel manufacturing financial processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement SAP best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Analyze and improve FI-CO sub-module configurations: GL, Bank Accounting, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury/Funds Management.
- Manage CO sub-modules: Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Activity-Based Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Cost Controlling, and Profitability Analysis.
- Conduct business process analyses and propose improvements with SAP best practices.
- Provide end-user support, investigate and resolve functional issues, and optimize user adaptability.
- Develop and deliver end-user training programs and documentation.
- Generate and analyze FI-CO reports and manage period-end financial reporting integrity.
- Advise on product costing, overhead absorption, and management accounting processes.
- Work with development teams on system upgrades, enhancements and perform data validation checks.
- Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA releases and apparel/textile industry trends.

Part or fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) will be an added advantage.At least 10 years of total relevant experience with demonstrable hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA FI-CO implementation, configuration, and support.Prior experience in garment or textile business areas preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent stakeholder management, and good communication skills.
