Job Responsibilities
- Analyze line-wise productions, line balancing, workers' individual efficiency and overall production efficiency.
- Utilize and improve manpower and machine efficiency.
- Conduct training programs for un-skilled operators, supervisors and quality controllers.
- Provide technical guidance to production teams to improve productivity and quality (folding, combining process, use of modern machines and attachments).
- Monitor pilot runs and ensure first bulk output meets customer expectations.
- Implement upgradation programs and best practices (operator self-checking module, process and person calibration of quality team, defect escalation and quality training program).
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in all departments.

Strong knowledge of line balancing, production efficiency analysis, and manpower planning. Experience implementing process improvement initiatives, quality control systems, and training programs. Practical experience with pilot-run management and ensuring first-bulk compliance to customer specifications. Good interpersonal and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams including operators, supervisors, and quality controllers. Familiarity with SOP development and deployment. Education Graduation in any discipline. A Level acceptable as part of education background.
