Mobile development experience with React Native or Flutter is a plus.Own the end-to-end development lifecycle: design intuitive front-end interfaces, implement powerful backend services, and optimize database operations.Integrate third-party APIs and RESTful services to extend functionality and create seamless user experiences.Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and resilience to deliver superior user experiences.Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Promote engineering best practices such as version control (Git), code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and smooth deployment processes.Collaborate closely with product, QA, and operations teams to plan releases, provide technical estimates, and ensure high quality delivery.Required skills and experienceAt least 6 years of professional experience in software development, ideally within Software Companies, IT Enabled Services, or development teams.Strong backend experience with PHP and Laravel framework.Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, jQuery, and Bootstrap.Experience with Node.js and Express.js for server-side JavaScript services.Hands-on database experience (MySQL, MS SQL), including writing optimized queries and stored procedures.Proven experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and external web services.Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub) and modern CI/CD workflows; comfortable establishing deployment pipelines.Experience with cloud services (Azure) and containerization (Docker) is highly desirable.Knowledge of WebSockets, testing frameworks (Jest, PHPUnit), and best-practice software architecture.Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Nice to haveExperience with React Native or Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.Exposure to Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, and other cloud platform services.Previous experience establishing or improving CI/CD and automated testing pipelines.Education & eligibilityBachelor/Honors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.Age preference: 27 to 42 years.
