Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Record and review journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
- Manage fixed asset records, depreciation schedules and capital expenditure accounting.
- Supervise accounting administration, internal control and compliance functions.
- Develop and update Internal Control & Compliance policy.
- Coordinate statutory and external audits; monitor and follow up on audit findings.
- Prepare and submit annual financial reports and taxation filings.
- Identify control gaps, assess risks and recommend corrective actions to management.
- Report significant control issues and risk exposures to senior management and the Audit Committee.
- Provide strategic leadership and ensure professionalism, objectivity and ethical conduct within teams.
