Job Responsibilities
- Provide support for achieving annual objectives and targets for Patharghata and Bamna Upazila.
- Monitor program implementation at school and community level to achieve results.
- Supervise and support Field Facilitator-SRHR in planning and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with Gender and Safeguarding policies; act as Child Protection Focal Point.
- Provide support to team members and develop their capacity.
- Report to the Project Coordinator and prepare timely documentation and reports.
- Advocate for strengthening school and community based child protection through networking and collaboration with civil society organizations, school management committees, school authority, duty bearers and other institutions at Upazila level.
