Job Responsibilities
- Determine branch annual plans together with Area & Zonal Managers and ensure implementation.
- Monitor overall branch operations, supervise staff, provide guidance and on-the-job support.
- Verify and finalize investment/loan proposals accurately; ensure due diligence and documentation.
- Take immediate corrective action for branch-level issues and inform appropriate authorities.
- Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with staff and prepare direction notes.
- Operate investment/loan software and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for submission.
- Build and maintain good relationships with beneficiaries, NGOs, CBOs and local government.
- Set monthly targets for investment operations and supervise branch investment activities.
- Support monthly audits and maintain confidentiality of branch records.
- Prepare branch monthly budgets and ensure systematic record-keeping.
- Ensure 100% recoveries, take steps to prevent arrears and manage delinquent accounts.
- Implement field risk mitigation measures and ensure internal controls.
- Prepare performance appraisal documents and present to relevant authorities.
