ProAms Business Consultant is recruiting an experienced Area Sales Manager for a strategic sales & service role covering healthcare customers across Bangladesh. This job circular invites motivated sales professionals with medical device or healthcare industry experience to apply and contribute to market growth for ASP’s Washer Disinfection (WD) and Terminal Sterilization (TS) product lines. The company is looking for a self-driven individual capable of achieving sales targets, managing accounts, supporting installations and after-sales service, and building long-term relationships with both private and government hospitals.About the company and the roleProAms Business Consultant represents ASP infection-prevention solutions in Bangladesh. This company-level position combines direct sales responsibilities with technical field support to ensure customers receive full value from capital equipment and consumables. As described in this job circular, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible for territory management, tender response, customer education, installation coordination, and acting as the primary liaison between hospitals and the company’s service network.Key responsibilitiesAchieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the territory by promoting and selling the full ASP WD and TS product portfolio (capital equipment and consumables).Prepare and implement weekly and monthly sales action plans; negotiate and close deals including complex transactions with hospital procurement teams.Identify and pursue tender/contract opportunities and respond professionally to procurement requirements.Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize market penetration and sales coverage.Engage, educate and influence key healthcare professionals (surgeons, infection control personnel, procurement) on ASP solutions and best practices.Coordinate installations, manage customer support, and ensure timely service & repair of TS & WD capital equipment; collaborate with service teams to resolve technical issues.Deliver product training and in-service education sessions to hospital staff and clinical users to optimize clinical workflows and product use.Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to strengthen brand visibility and generate leads.Required experience and educationBachelor / Honors degree required — preferably in Science or Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, Electronics).Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (advertised as 5 to 10 years). Preferably 3–5 years of sales & field service experience in healthcare or medical devices as emphasized by the company’s job key points.Proven experience in territory management, tender handling, negotiations, and customer education in hospital environments.
