Job Responsibilities
- Support zonal manager in preparing and ensuring implementation of area/branch annual plans.
- Overall monitoring and supervision of area operations and branch managers/staff; provide on-site guidance and coaching.
- Initiate immediate corrective actions for area issues and inform appropriate authority.
- Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with branch managers and staff; provide directions.
- Operate investment management software and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports via the software.
- Maintain relationships with beneficiaries, NGOs, CBOs and local government; participate in coordination meetings.
- Set and monitor monthly investment targets; supervise disbursement and verification of investment proposals.
- Assist in monthly audits, maintain confidentiality of records and documents.
- Prepare area monthly budgets and field visit documentation.
- Implement effective installment collection and recovery measures for delinquent accounts.
