Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily financial transaction records for the organization.
  • Record and reconcile cash and bank transactions; prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
  • Verify and prepare vouchers, bills, and invoices.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Prepare payroll, bonuses, and other expense calculations.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense control.
  • Prepare tax, VAT, and audit-related documentation.
  • Maintain accounting data using Tally, QuickBooks or Excel.
  • Provide financial reporting and recommendations to management.

Gonoshasthaya Kendra (GK) is recruiting an experienced and motivated Assistant Accounts Officer to join its Research, Monitoring and Evaluation (RME) Division. M.Com / MBA (Finance / Accounting) will be given preference.Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
