Job Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual, schematic and detailed design phases for diverse building projects.
- Develop sustainable architectural solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, plans and 3D models.
- Ensure compliance with BNBC, local authority regulations and international standards.
- Coordinate structural, MEP and landscape integration to resolve design conflicts.
- Oversee projects from concept to handover, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Present and defend design proposals to clients, consultants and regulatory bodies.
- Participate in bidding, feasibility studies and design presentations.
- Monitor construction progress and provide design clarifications.
- Lead and mentor architects, interns and design teams; conduct design reviews and QA checks.
- Build strong client relationships and attend client meetings and site visits.
