Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and style.
  • Showcase products, provide size & fit guidance, and offer styling suggestions.
  • Drive sales by promoting new arrivals, offers, and cross-selling products.
  • Maintain the showroom’s visual appeal through merchandising and display arrangement.
  • Ensure timely replenishment of stock on shelves and racks; coordinate with stockroom.
  • Manage billing, POS operations, and accurate cash/card handling.
  • Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
