The role emphasizes both manual craftsmanship and the strategic use of AI and automation to manage large-scale design systems.Key responsibilitiesCreate and manage reusable design templates that work across 500+ client brands.Use AI and automation tools to efficiently scale design production while maintaining brand consistency.Balance automation with manual customization when needed for bespoke client requests.Handle custom design requests, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.Stay updated on emerging AI design tools and best practices to continuously improve workflows.Maintain high standards of typography, layout, and color theory across all produced materials.Optimize production workflows using batch processing, scripts, API integrations, and template systems.Required skills & expertiseExpert-level Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator skills.Advanced proficiency with Canva Pro/Enterprise and Canva AI features (Magic Write, Magic Design, Brand Hub, Bulk Create).Strong foundation in design principles, typography, and color theory.Experience leveraging AI-powered design workflows and integrating automation into production processes.Familiarity with AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, and Adobe Firefly is highly desirable.Experience with Photoshop Generative Fill, Remove.bg, Cleanup.pictures, Upscayl/Topaz AI, RunwayML, and other AI-assisted editing/upscaling tools is a plus.Comfortable creating templates, using scripts/actions, and applying bulk processing techniques for high-volume design.Preferred & nice-to-haveExperience managing designs for multiple clients/brands simultaneously.Design experience in restaurant, food, or hospitality sectors (menu design, promotional materials).Experience in both print and digital marketing materials and social media ad creatives.Familiarity with Figma Variables and design system practices.Working conditionsWorking type: Work from home (remote).Working hours: 3:00 PM to 11:59 AM (local time as per job circular).Working days: 6 days a week (Friday weekly off).How to applyTo apply for this job, visit https://jobs.faithit.io/ and submit your application.
