- Oversee and manage all aspects of quality control and operational excellence with the factories, production units, washes, textile, embellishments units.
- Identify all types of faults in the garment making process, take immediate corrective actions and set quality norms to minimize rejects.
- Make effective quality assurance plans to ensure garments delivered to buyers meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance objectives and coordinate them with production procedures in cooperation with manufacturing managers.
- Analyze statistical/recorded data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish required quality and reliability expectations.
- Develop and implement QA procedures ensuring minimal time, manpower and resources while delivering optimum quality.
- Plan, promote and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
- Ensure adherence to international quality standards and compliance regulations.
- Lead and motivate the QA team to deliver consistent, high-quality products.

Collaborate with different departments and maintain strong buyer relationships to meet technical and quality requirements. Report promptly to senior management on any discrepancies and propose corrective/preventive actions. Required experience and qualifications Minimum 17 years of hands-on experience in the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) sector; 17–20 years is typical for this job level. Experience across multiple product types including knit, denim, sweater, tailoring and outerwear; activewear experience preferred. Proven leadership skills with extensive experience in quality control, apparel buying/retail and factory environments. Additional certifications such as 5S, Six Sigma Black Belt or other relevant quality certifications are a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and participate in meetings with apparel customers to provide technical guidance.
