Job Responsibilities
- Provide Psychological First Aid and non-specialized psychosocial support (MHPSS) to survivors.
- Deliver survivor-centred GBV case management following international standards and protocols.
- Inform survivors of all available options and develop individualized safety and support plans.
- Coordinate referrals to health, protection, legal, and social service providers and follow up on case progress.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical GBV data collection and documentation.
- Collaborate with GBV and non-GBV stakeholders, including government actors, for multi-sectoral response.
- Participate in reporting, monitoring, and team coordination meetings related to case management.
- Support community outreach and awareness raising on GBV prevention and survivor support when required.
