Monitor inventory levels closely, minimize slow-moving and excess stock, and implement measures to prevent stockouts for critical items. Produce and analyze pricing, sales and stock reports to identify trends and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, finance and service teams for smooth parts operations. Lead, mentor and guide parts officers and store staff to ensure high operational standards. Implement and ensure compliance with internal processes, documentation standards and stock control procedures. Required skills & experience: Bachelor of Science (BSc) or equivalent degree as specified by the job requirements. 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in parts, inventory or supply chain functions. Relevant industry experience includes Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Automobile, Mobile Accessories, Industrial Machineries (generators, diesel engines), motor vehicle body manufacturing, logistics startups or mobile industry. Proven skills in inventory management, supply chain management and parts sales. Analytical skills for inventory analysis, reporting and trend identification. Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities (suppliers, logistics, finance, service teams). Leadership and people management experience to lead parts officers and store staff.
