Role summary: As a Line Supervisor (Woven Garments) you will supervise the entire sewing line to ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety. You will coordinate with Industrial Engineering (IE), Quality and Maintenance teams and lead line operators to meet daily and weekly production plans. Key responsibilities (high level): Supervise the entire sewing line to ensure production targets are achieved. Check work order sheets, style and operation breakdown before line setup. Balance the line according to production requirements and operator efficiency. Guide operators to maintain required quality and productivity levels. Ensure proper work distribution and smooth line operation. Monitor hourly production and report deviations to the Line Supervisor/Manager. Maintain discipline, attendance and teamwork among operators. Work closely with IE, Quality and Maintenance departments to resolve issues quickly. Ensure safety and cleanliness in the production line area. Required education and experience: Minimum education: SSC (Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent. Experience: 1 to 2 years in garments production is required; candidates with experience in garments (woven) will be prioritized. Preferred: Hands-on experience in line balancing, production monitoring and supervision in a woven garments environment. Skills and attributes: Strong supervisory and team leadership skills.
