Job Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Prepare and review detailed structural drawings, calculations, and BOQs.
- Ensure design compliance with BNBC, ACI, AISC, ASTM, and other relevant standards.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical evaluations as needed.
- Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to resolve design and construction issues.
- Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and project proposals.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and drafting teams.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
- Review material specifications and structural components to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
