Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs
- Communicate training schedules, invitations and reminders to participants
- Arrange training venues, materials, equipment and logistics
- Conduct basic orientation training for store/outlet managers and crew
- Support trainers with administrative assistance
- Maintain updated training calendars and training dashboards
- Track employee participation, attendance and completion records
- Prepare and distribute training materials, manuals and documentation
- Manage training-related communications and follow-ups
- Prepare monthly and quarterly training reports for management
- Collect and analyze training feedback and evaluation forms
- Assist in identifying training needs across departments
