Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees
- Maintain and update payroll data, salary structures, and employee information
- Calculate salary, overtime, leave encashment, deductions, bonuses, incentives, and allowances
- Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and payroll reports
- Manage payroll-related queries from employees
- Monitor daily attendance, leaves, late arrivals, and absences and maintain accurate attendance records
- Assist in updating and managing compensation and benefits structure
- Support annual salary review and increment processes
- Ensure payroll practices comply with labor laws and company policies
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and MIS
