Job Responsibilities
- Prepare territory-wise sales plan in alignment with business objectives.
- Distribute sales target to sales officers and realize from them daily/weekly/monthly.
- Set tour schedule and visit accordingly for working with sales officers.
- Carry out market visit, discuss with distributor & SO to identify problems & advise for improvement of sales.
- Monitor daily activities of sales team as per set plan.
- Ensure customer satisfaction & resolve customer complaints.
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new sales officers.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and identify new opportunities.
- Achieve sales target & increase market share.
- Observe and monitor competitor activities & report to the superior.
- Check bills and other reports of sales team.
- Conduct trainings and monthly meetings of sales team.
- Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.

Achieve sales targets and implement strategies to grow market share in assigned territories. Observe and report competitor activities and market intelligence to management. Review bills and sales reports prepared by the sales team for accuracy and performance measurement. Conduct regular trainings and monthly meetings with the sales team to enhance skills and alignment. Perform any other duties assigned by management to support business objectives. Required education & experience Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Science (BSc), or Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) is preferred. Experience: 5 to 7 years in sales, preferably in Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage sectors. Practical experience in marketing biscuits, chanachur, cake, noodles, or similar products is a strong advantage. Skills & personal attributes Computer proficiency: MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage stakeholders at all levels. Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment for timely decision making. Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. Leadership capability to coach, motivate, and develop sales officers. Locations This job covers multiple districts across Bangladesh including Bhola, Bogura, Chattogram, Dhaka (including Keraniganj), Narayanganj, Narsingdi, Natore, Noakhali, Pabna, Sirajganj, Tangail and others.
