Required education & experience Bachelor degree in BBA, BSc in Mathematics, BSc in Statistics, BSc in Computer Science & Engineering, or BSc in Economics. At least 1 year of relevant experience. Preferred backgrounds include telecommunication, advertising agencies, software companies, IT enabled services, market research firms, research organizations, web media/blog, or e-commerce. Skills and tools Analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (MS Power BI or similar). Product management fundamentals: product strategy, planning, positioning, and improvement. Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and wireframing techniques. Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Trello, JIRA, and experience with software project management. Experience using ChatGPT and other AI tools to accelerate analysis and product tasks. Good communication skills in English and Bangla (written and verbal). Additional requirements & preferences Age: At most 27 years (as specified by the company). Preference will be given to candidates with practical experience in software product management and product strategy. Decision-making, problem solving, organizational and presentation skills are important for this role.
