Job Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube.
- Run paid ads (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) for lead generation & online sales.
- Create content: static posts, reels, product videos, boosting visuals.
- Manage online marketplaces (Daraz, Pickaboo, etc.) including listings, keyword optimization & pricing.
- Analyze digital performance and provide data-driven marketing suggestions.
- Drive online sales through social media, marketplaces, and dealer networks.
- Communicate with potential customers, respond to queries, and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain client relationships with shops, small businesses, and freelancers to increase distribution.
- Help build a nationwide sales channel for fast-moving consumer products.
- Research competitors, pricing trends, demand patterns & customer behavior.
- Support packaging concepts, product positioning & promotional campaigns.
