Job Responsibilities
- Prepare kebab/BBQ and other specialty menu items with high quality and consistency
- Prepare coffee, juices and beverage station items
- Cook Chinese, Japanese and local Bangladeshi dishes as per menu
- Maintain food safety, kitchen hygiene, portion control and presentation standards
- Supervise, train and coordinate junior kitchen staff
- Assist with inventory control, ordering and reducing food waste
