- Oversee activities of Bashundhara Employment Services, Bashundhara Overseas, Bashundhara Aviation, Training & Testing Centers, Medical & Diagnostic Centers, ARM Construction & Real Estate Ltd, ARM Fabricates Ltd.
- Lead business planning, market expansion and achieve profitability targets
- Monitor financial operations, budgeting, P&L management and cost control
- Strengthen corporate, government and international relations
- Guide department heads to align with company vision and policies
- Ensure policy implementation, SOP development and regulatory compliance
- Identify business risks and drive innovation and continuous improvement
