Key responsibilities: Investor searching and client acquisition — actively source and onboard new retail and institutional clients. Manage client investments — provide timely advice, monitor portfolios, and assist clients with order execution and investment decisions. Share trading in CSE/DSE — execute trades on behalf of clients in both Dhaka Stock Exchange and Chittagong Stock Exchange using the company’s OMS. Ensure regulatory compliance — maintain and use an Authorized Representative License issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) and follow the company’s compliance framework. Maintain strong client relationships — provide after-sales service, periodic portfolio reviews, and address client queries in a professional manner. Collaborate with branch teams — work across the company’s branches to coordinate client servicing, reporting and cross-selling of financial services. Required qualifications and experience: Bachelor/Honors degree in any discipline (finance, commerce, business or equivalent preferred). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the capital market, share brokerage, or securities house (5 to 10 years strongly preferred). Possession of a valid Authorized Representative License from BSEC is mandatory. Proven experience in client acquisition, portfolio management, and trade execution at DSE/CSE. Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and an ability to work under targets.
