Prior experience in branch management or senior sales/operations roles in insurance, banking or financial services is highly desirable. Desired Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills to lead teams and drive performance. Commercial acumen and ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients. Good networking capability; a strong network with corporate business houses will be an added advantage. Knowledge of banking & financial services, general banking practices and insurance products. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Other Requirements Age: At most 50 years.
