Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of quality control and assurance within RMG (Ready-Made Garments) in mass manufacturing process.
- Monitor in-line and end-line inspection processes to detect and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Analyze root causes of defects and complaints; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with buyers' QA teams for inspections and approvals; ensure products comply with buyer specifications, technical packs, and testing requirements.
- Train and guide QA/QC personnel to enhance their skills and understanding of quality standards.
- Generate and present quality performance reports; maintain documentation of inspections, audits, and compliance records.
- Implement Lean Management and Lean Six Sigma initiatives to prevent defects and improve process efficiency.

Epyllion Group is seeking an experienced and driven Manager - Quality Assurance to lead quality control and assurance efforts for its knit garments factory in Narayanganj. Key responsibilities (summary): Oversee all aspects of quality control and assurance within the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) knit mass manufacturing process. Monitor in-line and end-line inspection processes to detect and resolve quality issues promptly. Analyze root causes of defects and complaints; lead Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Generate and present quality performance reports, identifying trends and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Detailed responsibilities and expectations: Establish, maintain and improve quality management systems to meet buyer and regulatory requirements. Implement Lean Management and Lean Six Sigma principles to reduce defects and enhance process efficiency. Lead internal audits, manage non-conformance reporting, and ensure timely corrective actions. Drive cross-functional coordination with production, merchandising and sourcing teams to embed quality controls throughout the product lifecycle. Maintain strong, professional buyer relationships; act as lead point of contact for buyer inspections and QA communications. Required skills and qualifications: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology; Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Technology preferred. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in garments, specifically knit garments quality assurance. Proven experience with Quality Management Systems, Total Quality Management and Lean methodologies. Strong buyer handling experience, excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure, self-driven, results-oriented and a team player capable of independent decision-making. Other details and benefits: Job type: Full Time, Work at office.
