Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with landowners and maintain strong relationships for land acquisition opportunities.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings between landowners and management.
- Collect and verify land-related documents, data and ownership details.
- Maintain and update the database of prospective landowners and leads (CRM).
- Assist in developing inventories for land, apartments and other assets.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and other teams for information collection.
- Support preparation of proposals, reports and presentations.
- Monitor and manage call center activities related to prospects and land inquiries.
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls and provide accurate project information; record call details and update CRM.
- Conduct follow-up calls and distribute leads to relevant teams.
- Coordinate internal meetings with landowners and concerned departments.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads and business development activities.
- Assist in preparing MoUs, agreements and documentation; maintain proper records.
