Plan and execute structured marketing campaigns to promote the TradeLink brand in the local market. Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and customer engagement sessions to generate leads and represent the company professionally. Manage brand promotion through social media channels and relevant business platforms, using digital marketing tools to increase reach and engagement. Support the Business Development team in identifying new leads, following up prospects, and coordinating internal resources to convert opportunities into wins. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across touchpoints and communications. Desired skills and qualifications (what we expect): Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA). Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development is preferred; candidates with 1–2 years in software, IT-enabled services, or B2B startups are especially suitable. Freshers with strong potential are also encouraged to apply. Practical knowledge of marketing concepts, digital marketing tools, social media management, and promotion & branding.
