Job Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate project activities at upazila level; ensure quality implementation of maternal and child health interventions.
- Supervise and support field staff, including performance management and capacity building.
- Engage and coordinate with local government, stakeholders, law enforcement, community representatives and civil society.
- Conduct regular field visits, monitoring and documentation of field activities.
- Prepare reports, assist in planning, budgeting and scheduling for assigned upazilas.

Job Description
Dushtha Shasthya Kendra (DSK) invites experienced and motivated professionals to apply for the position of Upazila Coordinator. This job circular is for twelve (12) positions to support maternal and child health projects across selected upazilas in Jamalpur and Sherpur districts. The company is a well-established national NGO operating across Bangladesh since 1989, and this circular provides a rare opportunity to work at the field level, manage teams, and engage local stakeholders.This job posting is intended for candidates with a Bachelor/Honours degree in Health Economics, Social Science, or related disciplines, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in NGO, development agency, or micro-credit sectors.
