Diploma in Graphics Design OR Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with certification and proven experience in graphics design and freelancing.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on graphic design training (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for branding, print, UI/UX and mobile app projects.
- Teach freelancing skills including bidding, client management and project delivery for online platforms.
- Conduct IT support training covering basic hardware, troubleshooting and MS Office to enhance workplace readiness.
- Develop and update competency-based learning materials: curricula, session plans, lesson plans, and trainee tracking tools.
- Implement formative and summative assessments to measure learning outcomes and skill development.
- Monitor learner attendance, discipline and course completion; ensure adherence to BRAC values and programme standards.
- Maintain professional training centre operations, ensuring accountability, transparency, and compliance with safeguarding and inclusion guidelines.
- Promote and implement safeguarding policies; follow reporting procedures for any reportable incidents.
