Key responsibilities (what you will do): Manage and execute USA student visa processing from document collection to submission. Provide student counselling both in-person and via phone to explain services, application steps, and visa guidance. Prepare, review, and process student files accurately and ensure all required documentation is complete. Coordinate with clients, educational institutions, and external stakeholders to track application progress. Maintain precise records, update case notes, and follow internal process checklists to ensure compliance. Required skills and competencies: Student Visa Processing (USA) — demonstrated experience in processing student visas. Student Counselling and Student Admission skills — ability to advise and guide applicants effectively. Client Service orientation — professional communication and relationship management. Student File Processing and documentation accuracy — strong attention to detail. Comfortable providing both telephonic and face-to-face support to students and parents. Qualifications & experience: Bachelor/Honors degree (minimum). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in travel/visa agency or related role; candidates with at least 2 years of USA student visa processing experience will be prioritized. Age preference: 22 to 40 years. Additional notes & preferences: Candidates with broader visa processing experience (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, etc.) will receive preference.
