Rancon Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive Supply Chain professional for the position of Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Inventory Management) to join the RANGS eMART team. The company offers structured employee benefits, regular salary reviews and an opportunity to work in a professional supply chain team.Role summary: The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager — Inventory Management will be responsible for inventory planning, accurate stock records, demand-supply alignment, warehouse process improvements and analytics to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize working capital.Key responsibilities (high level):Manage inventory planning, control and reconciliation across assigned product categories and locations.Ensure accurate stock records and maintain timely inventory reporting to stakeholders.Coordinate with procurement, production and sales teams to align demand and supply schedules.Analyze inventory data to optimize stock levels, reduce excess and obsolete inventory and improve turnover.Implement inventory & warehouse management best practices, including cycle counts and root-cause analysis of discrepancies.Support automation and continuous process improvement initiatives in the Supply Chain.Qualifications & education:Bachelor degree in Engineering (Industrial & Production Engineering or related BEngg) or equivalent.MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage.Experience & skills required:Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (typical range 2–4 years) in inventory/warehouse management, supply chain or electronic/home appliances distribution.Practical knowledge of inventory management techniques, demand forecasting and warehouse operations.Strong analytical skills and ability to work with inventory data, Excel and inventory systems.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, production).Attention to detail, problem solving skills, and process improvement mindset.Preferred attributes:Experience in retail, e-commerce or home appliances supply chains is beneficial.Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software.Benefits & compensation:Competitive monthly salary range: Tk. 40,000 – 55,000 (as per circular).Travel allowance, mobile bill and tour allowance.Provident fund contributions.Weekly 2 holidays, partially subsidized lunch facilities.Yearly salary review and festival bonuses (2 festival bonuses; Festival Bonus described as 75% of Gross Salary on a pro rata basis in the job circular).Location: Dhaka and Gazipur (office-based role).Additional requirements: As per the circular, the role requests male candidates aged between 25 to 35 years.
