Key responsibilities Understand creative briefs and develop strong concepts, both motion and static, tailored to campaign objectives and audience needs. Design and produce motion graphics, animated sequences, and static visuals for social, web, presentations, and in-store promotions. Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, marketing, and creative directors to ensure cohesive output aligned with brand guidelines. Research current design and motion trends in Bangladesh and internationally to keep creative output fresh and effective. Operate industry-standard software including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and 3D/visualization tools to deliver high-quality assets. Manage multiple visualization tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines set by campaign timelines and stakeholders. Required qualifications & skills Education: Bachelor/Honors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in visual design, motion graphics, or communication visual design. Experience in Manufacturing (FMCG), Advertising Agency, Multinational Companies, Food (Packaged), or E-commerce is an advantage. Technical skills: Proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; experience with 3D/visualization tools is highly desirable. Creative skills: Strong concept development, visual storytelling, typography, layout, and color sense. Suggested additional skills: Creative content writing, creative writing, designing, graphic design. Personal attributes: Good communication, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, team-player attitude, and a portfolio demonstrating motion and static work.
