Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate field workers, technicians, suppliers, vendors, and other parties involved in projects.
- Act as Project Coordinator between clients, site teams, and internal design staff.
- Prepare conceptualizations, measurements, working designs, and detailed layout plans.
- Produce 3D animations and renderings; create presentations and quotations for clients.
- Prepare BOQ and track project expenses; summarize project cost for all categories.
- Visit clients, follow up leads, take client requirements, and handle client queries and after-sale support.
- Collaborate with the design team to prepare quality designs.
- Work on building design and landscape-related design tasks when required.
- Provide daily summary updates in office-provided online software for project tracking.
