Job Responsibilities
- Serve as designated managerial point of contact during assigned shifts overseeing reception, billing, appointment desk, and call center.
- Manage and enforce rotating duty roster to ensure staffing on night and weekend shifts.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to resolve off-hour operational issues.
- Handle incident management including service disruptions and emergency situations per hospital protocols.
- Resolve escalated patient and attendant complaints and grievances.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with hospital standards and patient guidance.
- Capture, document, and report feedback; initiate service recovery actions.
- Coach and mentor Customer Care Executives to improve communication and resolution skills.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide daily feedback to Manager.
- Assist in induction and training of new staff focusing on night and emergency protocols.
- Oversee cash handling, billing accuracy, and payment verification during shifts.
- Prepare end-of-shift reports detailing operational issues, incidents, complaint status, and financial summaries.
