OverviewEureka food and beverage is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join our team and drive the growth of our FMG product lines across Bangladesh. If you are results-driven and ready to represent a dynamic company, we encourage you to apply.Why join this company?Work with a growing manufacturer and marketer of fast moving goods (FMG) with a presence across Bangladesh.Opportunity to develop field sales skills, expand your professional network, and grow into larger commercial roles.Competitive monthly salary with other negotiable benefits.Key responsibilities (what you will do)Sell the company's products to existing and new customers across assigned territories.Create and develop new markets, expanding distribution channels and retail coverage.Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPI expectations.Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and report insights to the management team.Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, merchandising, and marketing) to ensure on-time delivery and in-store visibility.Required qualifications and educationMinimum education: SSC / HSC; Bachelor/Honors is preferred. (As per the circular: SSC, HSC, Bachelor/Honors)Age: 22 to 40 years (only male candidates as specified in the circular).Experience: 2 to 5 years of field sales experience in FMCG / FMG or similar fast-moving goods companies is required.
