The ideal person will combine strong visual design skills with hands-on digital marketing experience. Key responsibilities: Design engaging visual content including images, infographics, short-form videos, and presentation decks that reflect the company mission and platform capabilities. Develop and maintain brand-consistent graphics for the website, email campaigns, and social channels. Translate complex genomic and AI concepts into clear, visually appealing graphics that non-experts can understand. Support internal teams with creative materials such as brochures, banners and investor or client decks. Plan and execute digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube. Manage website content, newsletters and social channels maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone. Create compelling copy and visuals for ads, posts and client communications to increase engagement and conversion. Proactively reach out to potential clients and collaborators with clear, concise messaging and creative proposals. Required education & experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communication or a related field (BBA/BSc acceptable). Practical experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma or equivalent design tools. Proven ability to create short-form videos, reels and motion graphics. Excellent written and spoken English; able to explain technical ideas clearly to broad audiences. Skills and competencies (required and suggested): Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects) Graphic design and digital content creation Branding and visual identity Digital marketing, SEO fundamentals and SMM (social media marketing) UI/UX design awareness Creativity, strong visual storytelling and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel Comfortable outreach and client communication skills Location & workplace: This is an on-site position based at: Eastern Dolan, Level - 4 (3rd Floor), 152/2-H, Bir Uttam Kazi Nuruzzaman Sarak, West Panthapath, Green Road, Dhaka - 1205, Bangladesh.
