Job Responsibilities
- Implement microcredit programme activities: group formation, savings mobilisation, loan disbursement and recovery support.
- Mobilise and identify eligible clients, with priority to disadvantaged rural women.
- Conduct client visits, monitor loan utilisation and ensure documentation and timely recovery.
- Maintain accurate field records and submit regular reports to zone/branch managers.
- Coordinate with community leaders, stakeholders and other branches.
- Support training and capacity building sessions for members and volunteers.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and ethical standards.
