Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through online and direct sales activities.

Overview This job is based in Dhaka (Uttara Sector 10) and will lead the Bangladesh office's day‑to‑day operations. The role focuses on driving online and direct sales, optimizing e‑commerce platforms and social commerce channels, and managing a small sales team. Deadline to apply: 2026-01-09. Required experience & education Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (2–5 years preferred) in wholesale, retail store, direct selling, supply chain, superstore, e‑commerce, or online retail startup environments. Bachelor / Honors degree required. Preference will be given to candidates from North South University, Independent University Bangladesh, University of Dhaka, BRAC University, and Bangladesh University of Professionals. Required skills & competencies Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, digital marketing and e‑commerce marketing. Strong knowledge of digital sales funnels, lead generation, SEO, paid campaigns and social media marketing. Excellent leadership, communication (English & Bengali) and team management skills. Good command of MS Excel, sales data analysis and strategic planning. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and negotiate with vendors for cost efficiency.
