Dreambuzz Education is hiring an experienced and passionate IELTS / PTE Instructor to join our team in Dhaka. Key responsibilities (what you will do): Conduct structured PTE Academic and IELTS preparation classes for groups and individuals. Design and develop course materials, lesson plans, and mock tests aligned with the latest exam formats. Assess and evaluate student performance, provide actionable feedback, and create personalized improvement plans. Train students in time management, test strategies, and speaking/listening/reading/writing techniques. Stay up-to-date with changes in exam patterns, scoring, and best practices to continually improve course effectiveness. Maintain clear records of student progress and communicate outcomes to the company and stakeholders. Required skills and experience: Bachelor’s degree (English/Linguistics preferred) or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in PTE/IELTS teaching (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply). Excellent command of English (both spoken and written) and strong presentation skills. Familiarity with PTE/IELTS assessment criteria and common student weaknesses. Comfortable using MS Office and basic digital tools for lesson delivery and assessment. Preferred: PTE score of 65+ (not mandatory). Personal qualities: Confident, energetic, patient, polite and friendly with students. Team player with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
