Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales target by forecasting requirements, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Ensure timely collection of sales within the timeframe approved by management.
- Collect AIT from customers as per schedule.
- Contact current and prospective customers to sell and explain product features.
- Prepare and present proposals and quotes; recommend products based on customer needs.
- Follow up with customers until order execution and payment realization.
- Create new customers and markets to ensure sales growth; prepare weekly/monthly sales and business performance reports.
- Prepare reports on customer needs, problems, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Maintain and update the client database and customer profiles regularly.
- Provide technical information to clients and build mutually beneficial business relationships.
- Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints; coordinate with sales team members and other departments.
