Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to USA and Canada customers according to communication scripts.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Sell services/products over the phone as instructed and meet sales/telemarketing targets.
- Keep accurate records of all conversations in the call center database.
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Adhere to professional phone etiquette and escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement efforts.

Work conditions & schedule: Workplace: Office-based (Mirpur 10 / Mirpur 14 area, Dhaka). Shift: Night shift to align with USA & Canada business hours (Bangladesh time 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM). Probation: Minimum 3–6 months probation period depending on performance. Compensation & benefits: Monthly salary: Tk. 20,000 - 25,000 (as per the circular).
