Role summary: As an International Call Center Executive (Night Shift) you will be responsible for tele-sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, and client communication for the USA market. Key responsibilities: Conduct tele-sales and telemarketing campaigns targeting the USA market. Perform appointment setting, lead follow-up, and outbound calling to prospective clients. Handle customer inquiries and maintain high standards of client service and communication. Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to revenue-generation activities. Maintain accurate logs of calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the company systems. Work the designated night shift schedule and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
