Job Responsibilities
- Prepare line-loading planning for up to 10 lines with proper contingency plans (Manager – Planning).
- Prepare and manage emergency preparedness plans for line/production loading.
- Follow-up and monitor full supply chain workflow from sample to finishing.
- Coordinate with Production, IE, Merchandising, HR and related departments.
- Ensure on-time delivery through accurate planning and execution.
- Process optimization through time study, line balancing, layout design, and SMV setting (Executive – IE).
- Run Lean/Kaizen activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Improve productivity and reduce waste through IE tools and methodologies.
- Analyze performance to support strategic and financial goals from sample to finishing.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to shop-floor staff and junior team members.
